At VIP Event Butler we strive to provide the highest level of service, and make your day as enjoyable as possible. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you with any queries you may have regarding your corporate hospitality packages. If your question is not answered here please feel free to call us or email us via our contact page.

Can You provide Corporate Hospitality Ideas?

Yes, we have a range of hospitality tickets and packages available including:

  • Sporting events
  • Train rides
  • Flower shows
  • Theatre tickets
  • Concerts

Alternatively, our consultants can talk you through a number of options that suit your requirements.

Are alcoholic and Non-alcoholic beverages included in the package price?

The majority of the packages include; beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks in the price of the package. This isn’t always the case, so if you are unsure please check when you make your booking.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of people you can cater for?

VIP Event Butler’s packages usually cater for parties of two persons and upwards. There are no restrictions for the amount of clients that you wish to entertain.

Are there any extra hidden charges?

No, all of VIP Event Butler’s packages state whether VAT is included or excluded in the price of your booking. However, if there are any other charges i.e. Car Parking or delivery you will be notified upon booking.

Can I amend or alter my booking at a later date?

Should you wish to increase the numbers on your booking you can do so. However if you wish to decrease the number that you have booked for please refer to VIP Event Butler’s terms and conditions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I make a provisional booking?

Yes, VIP Event Butler will be able to hold a packages for you on a short term basis, provided a deposit has been paid. This also depends on the popularity of the event and availability.

Can I purchase ticket only for an event?

The majority of VIP Event Butler’s packages are inclusive of tickets and hospitality. However, the only event that we cater for on a ticket only basis will be Wimbledon. Please see our page dedicated to Wimbledon for debenture only options.

Can I request special catering arrangements?

Yes, you will have to notify our team at least 7 days in advance to ensure all dietary requirements can be met. After this time we may not be able to accommodate you request.

Can I be notified about any upcoming events?

Yes, our website is updated with upcoming events and offers regularly. Should you wish we can also add you to our mailing list with news of; upcoming events, special events and also promotional offers.

Can you organise hospitality for a specific event?

VIP Event Butler can organise hospitality for the following; team building, activity days, staff incentives and company/corporate golf days. If there is something even more specific you require we will endeavour to help or advise you in any way possible.

Do you provide hospitality for any overseas events?

Yes, VIP Event Butler offer the chance for our guests to attend events overseas including; golf events, tennis events, rugby events and many more.

How far advance do I need to book?

We always advise that you book as far in advance as possible to ensure your booking meets all of your requirements. It is also advisable to book as soon as possible in order to achieve the best price. Due to the volatility of the Event industry market prices will increase as events draw near.

Is car parking included?

For most of the events car parking is included in the price. However, if you are unsure, it is important that you ask us when you place a booking.

What are the dress codes?

The dress codes for each of our events can differ. For Example; Ascot is a very formal event and has a very strict dress code. For any enquiries regarding your attire please contact us to find out more.

When will I receive my tickets and packages for the event?

VIP Event Butler will mail all tickets or packages 7 to 10 days before the event starts. We will mail all of our packages via Royal Mail special delivery. In the event that you book late we will arrange an alternative delivery/pick up solution.

How can I get in touch out of office hours?

A senior member of our team is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our office number is diverted during the evening and at weekends. Alternitively you can call 07545294075.
